The FlashForge Finder 2.0 has a build volume of up to 14 x 14 x 14 cm (2.74 litres) and a print speed of 24 cm³/hour. The build volume is larger than most other 3D printers on the market in the same price range. Extra-large models can be printed in sections. The printer has a low noise level of 50 dB and the printer extruder head is fitted with a quiet cooling fan that ensures an even temperature on the work surface, producing clean lines and reliable printouts. Thanks to the low noise level the printer can be used in offices, classrooms, etc. without creating disturbing background noise.

 

The FlashForge Finder 2.0 is easy to use and comes ready assembled – you can start to use it in just a few minutes. You can even print out without needing to connect to a PC. Printing files can be transferred directly to the printer through a USB flash drive for independent use or the printer can be connected to a computer via a USB cable or wirelessly via WiFi. Easy to use touchscreen for changing settings, calibrating the build plate and managing printouts. Due to the built-in memory, many of the latest printouts are saved and the computer does not need to be turned on during the printing process, as it can take some time to print out large models.

 

The detachable unheated build plate is equipped with a build sheet that provides great grip for the printout. Print out directly on the sheet or on the glass surface of the build plate, you can cover the surface with glue or masking tape. The build plate is easy to remove and you dont have to worry about burning yourself on the printer head when you remove the printout from the plate.

FlashForge Finder 2.0 uses a 1.75 mm PLA filament (the spools are sold separately). The built-in filament cartridge protects the filament from dirt and dust infiltration and automatically senses how much filament is left on the spool and sends you instructions through the display. The printer can use many types of filament, (maximum melting point 240 °C), e.g. PETG, PLA Wood or TPU. You can also use 1 kg filament spools if they are used on their own holder separate to the printer. You can print out your own external filament holder using the FlashForge Finder 2.0.

 

The included FlashPrint program has several features such as simple interfaces where all the models can be scaled to size and rotated and determines where they should be placed on the build plate. The program can open 2D images and turn them into 3D. The printing files can easily be transferred to the printer using a USB cable, wirelessly via WiFi or through a USB flash drive.

Comes with cables, a spool of white PLA plastic (filament 1.75 mm), build sheet, glue and USB flash drive with FlashPrint software program, a quick guide, instruction manual and examples of printouts. Compatibility: Windows XP/Vista/7/8/10 and Mac OS X 10.9 or later.
